Our concierge health manager is your personal assistant helping you get ready as well as your home for the care of your newborn. Ordering equipment, supplies, making follow-up appointments, etc. Whatever is needed to enable you to focus on the joy of having your newborn at home.
Neonatal Nurse
Our neonatal nurses are here to provide medical visits to your newborn in the comfort of home when It’s most convenient for you. Have a consultation anytime about aftercare and health management for the growth and healing of your baby.
Mental Health Therapist
For new parents or guardians, it can be frightening going home with your newborn post NICU discharge. Talking to our therapist can help you manage being in a constant state of worry and feelings of being overwhelmed.

Why I Created Patter
When my grandson was born, I saw first-hand the challenges a young family needs to contend with. The doctor’s visits, the phone calls, the trips to and from the clinic, the difficult feedings and so many other challenges. I stepped up to help as much as I could, but I believed I could do more. My prior experience with Seremedi made me certain that the tools needed to help a young family manage and care for their baby at home after NICU were within reach. Thus, was Patter conceived and created.
Today, my grandson is a happy and energetic six-year-old. Patter is built to help your baby become the same.
